Cancellation Policy

We politely ask to give us a 24 hours notice if needing to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. No shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late arrivals will result in session being shortened to avoid delaying other clients.
